Baan Lek 3

Tepin "Baan Lek 3" is one of only 3 poolside chalets where we strive to provide a most enjoyable holiday experience. Out of the city it offers a relaxed environment from where to explore this fantastic area of Thailand or just sit back and relax in and around the pool.

Tepin Baan Lek 3 is a purpose-built chalet situated right by the salt-water pool. Barn Lek 3 has a double bed and is air conditioned. Hot and (nearly) cold shower and western toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Baan Lek is for 1 or 2 people but if your party is bigger, we have a further air-conditioned chalets.

Outside is the communal kitchen and laundry facilities whilst around the pool there are areas for sunbathing, eating and drinking.

There are also communal dining areas both outside and indoors. The indoor area is airconditioned.

Situated some 6km from the centre of Chiang Mai Baan Lek offers a peaceful base to relax and an excellent starting point for the many attractions this part of Thailand has to offer.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink and there are many food delivery services readily available. You are also welcome to use the washing machine (with your own detergent).

We can organise transport into town, tours or facilitate car and motorcycle rental with reliable partners. Advise on itineraries or plan full trips especially useful for first time visitors. Whatever you want to do we are confident a stay at Baan Lek will help you enjoy your holiday.

We can offer a transfer service from the airport, railway and bus stations on request. This is complimentary to guests staying for a week or more.

Guests of Baan Lek 1, 2 and 3 have access to: -

Swimming pool and poolside furniture.

Kitchen hob/microwave/crockery/cutlery etc.

Washing machine.

We are usually around to help with anything we can to make your stay enjoyable from 7am until 7pm each day.

Tepin Baan Lek is situated in what in Thailand is referred to as a "Moo Baan" or a village. Westerners would liken it to a housing estate. It is within "The Oriental" which offers the benefit of 24-hour security including CCTV on the roads.

The Oriental is off a main route into Chiang Mai and the airport.

There are 3 chalets at Tepin Baan Lek, creatively called 1, 2 and 3 so it is possible the facilities may be shared between 3 parties.

We have a little dog. When she first meets you, she may bark a bit. Once she has got to know you, she may get very nosey. We always tell guests not to let them into your chalet, but few take notice...
