Tepin Baan Lek

Tepin Baan Lek is a vacation rental of only 3 poolside chalets where we strive to provide a most enjoyable holiday experience.

Out of the city it offers a relaxed environment from where to explore this fantastic area of Thailand or just sit back and relax in and around the pool.

Each "Baan Lek"("Little House")as we call them is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a double bed, wardrobe, safe, Flat screen TV, fridge and tea / coffeemaking facilities. We also provide complimentary drinking water. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Guests are welcome to use the Shared kitchen equipped with a gas hob, rice cooker, grills, microwave, oven and toaster. There is a washing machine should you wish to do your own laundry.

The saltwater pool has a spa area, perfect to relax in with that cool drink and there are sun loungers and shades poolside.

Self-cater and food delivery can all be enjoyed at Tepin Baan Lek.

We can advise on places to see and things to do in this wonderful area that is the North of Thailand and arrange trips with reliable partners.

We have a small dog, a Chihuahua that shares the area and loves to get to know our guests and yes, she does tend to bark at everyone she sees and meets at first. She will even want to come into your chalet...

The property is some 6km from the city centre and suits those not wanting to be "in the thick of it". Baan Lek is on the Moo Barn, a secured housing development "The Oriental" just off road 1317 that goes between Chiang Mai Airport some 8km away and San Kamphaeng hot springs. There is minivan service that runs in the daytime to the hot springs and beyond and the city. There are also many app-based ride services such as Grab (similar to Uber) that are quick, efficient, and fair value.

Close by there are 7- Eleven and Lotus's go fresh mini-marts, and a CP Freshmart. In the daytime and evening the roadside has popular Street food vendors of many types.

There are a range of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
